In response to this, NLT Training Services is now offering training and development in a range of Leadership and Management skills and competences at levels 3, 5, and 7, accredited through the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).

These qualifications are for those who wish to gain some formal accreditation for their Leadership and Management skills. They are suited to those in the role within the workplace already, but those who realise they need to improve their knowledge and skills within the area of Leadership and Management.

Detailed overview of the different levels of study on offer:

Level 3 – Designed for aspiring, supervisory or first line managers, level 3 offers a broad range of knowledge ranging from team leading to project and resource management.

Level 5 – Designed for mid managers, level 5 focuses on the developing core management skills such as managing resources, recruitment, and information management.

Levels 7 – This level is developed for directors and senior managers who have the responsibility to translate organisational strategy into effective performance.
