Delivery: This flexible, self-paced course is delivered entirely online and you are supported throughout by an experienced NLT assessor/mentor.
Assessment: You will complete assignments which are assessed by the assessor; feedback is given via an e-portfolio system called ‘Quals Direct’ and the assessor will guide you to complete the assignment. There are no examinations. Individuals will also receive affiliate membership of the Chartered Management Institute whilst studying, giving access to the Institute’s excellent online learning resources.
Certification: Certification is awarded through Chartered Management Institute (CMI). All courses have progression opportunities within the framework of Management and Leadership.

Diploma i: Learners complete all four units to a total of 400 TQT hours to achieve this qualification. The minimum GLH is approximately 160 hours. Minimum/Maximum credits: 40
