CMI Bitesize is a practical and-completely online learning experience, made up of a collection of short programmes aligned to key management and leadership topics relevant in todays world – aimed at aspiring or practicing middle managers.
The programmes are designed to equip learners with skills and knowledge they need to support them in their current role and in career progression. Mapped against the current CMI professional standards and Level 5 qualification learning outcomes, this mix of practical tools, case studies, checklists, vides and real world insights will give learners a better understanding of the topic and can be mapped over to a full level 5 if the learner wishes to continue their learning.
Who should attend: Those in a middle management role or operational managers looking to develop themselves.
Assessment: Throughout the programmes learners are asked to complete activities to reflect on their learning. These reflections should be shared with programme assessors at the provider at the end of the programme. This will demonstrate learning and how they plan to apply it within their organisation.
Certification: Learners will receive a CMI Certificate of Achievement once each module is complete. This will demonstrate and evidence their continuing professional development (CPD).
There are 7 series of modules to complete on a variety of topics.
Series 1: Managing Change
Series 2: Managing Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
Series 3: Leading in a Digital Age
Series 4: Conflict Resolution
Series 5: Managing Projects to Achieve Success
Series 6: Data – Driven Decision Making
Series 7: Brexit: Leading Change and Risk
Each series has a timescale of 3 months for completion and each learner would have a 3 month CMI subscription.
