Description

The one-day CCNSG Leading a Team Safely workshop is designed to provide an essential introduction to managing small teams or lone workers within the context of health and safety in the engineering construction industry.

It is designed to further support understanding gained by obtaining the CCNSG (Client Contractor National Safety Group) National Safety Passport for site working. In certain speciality workforces, the Passport is a necessity.

Upon completion of this training course delegates will:

  • Know how to communicate successfully
  • Know how to lead a team successfully
  • Know how to achieve safe outcomes
  • Understand self-management
  • Know how to work safely with others

It explores these topics in an interactive way and the participation of the delegates throughout the day is a key factor to passing.

Our CCNSG courses are regulated by the ECITB.

PLEASE NOTE: The cost of this course includes £5 to cover the cost of refreshments throughout the day.

Who should attend:

Suitable for CCNSG Passport holders who have supervisor responsibilities, or are lone workers, and play an important role in ensuring site safety by influencing the behaviour of those that they supervise and ensure good planning and communication of health and safety related to site work, helping to ensure workers work on site more safely with lower risk to themselves and others.

Multiple choice test

Certification:

Upon successful completion of the course ECITB will issue a laminated CCNSG card directly to the delegate.
