Accessible, high quality management development courses are now available to aspiring leaders throughout Derbyshire and Lincolnshire.

NLT Training Services has launched its brand new Leadership and Management Training Centre offering a range of training courses and programmes designed to help both people and businesses grow and develop.

The new centre has been launched in response to recent research that has found that *8 out of 10 UK workers rate access to personal development above a salary increase. In fact, knowledge is valued 20% higher than salary.

The research also found that UK workers expect to be given time off during working hours to complete training courses and they expect their employer to finance the costs of their learning activities.

NLT now offers six Chartered Management Institute (CMI) accredited courses, suitable for aspiring, supervisory or first line managers through to director and senior management level personnel.

Supporting the recruitment of managers and leaders, NLT also offers short psychometric profiling courses to help recruit and retain the very best staff to aid business growth.

Using psychometric profiling as part of recruitment practices has been proven to improve the success rate of recruiting the right people first time and dramatically reduce recruitment costs.
