As a registered charity, the work of NLT Training Services is governed by a board of directors, which includes Simon Winfield. who through his industry background and experience, ensure that we continue to meet the training requirements of business.
Simon Winfield is Vice Chair of the NLT board.
Simon has been a member of the board since 2020 and brings more than 20 years of experience in the manufacturing sector to NLT.
Simon is Group Managing Director of Chesterfield-based Phoenix Group, a manufacturer of high-quality industrial sealing products.
He said: “NLT is a fantastic organisation that I really believe in and the people are great too. Training is essential to the world of manufacturing and engineering. It has always been something I’m passionate about, so the connection and collaboration with NLT makes complete sense.”
