As Chief Executive Sarah’s role involves the overall leadership of NLT. She has more than 30 years’ experience of working within training, latterly heading up East Midlands Chamber’s training arm. And it was here that she had one of the proudest moments of her career history – leading the Training Department to gain a Grade 2 during two Ofsted inspections.
