Three exciting new opportunities have become available at NLT’s Chesterfield site in Brimington. We are looking for four new members of staff to help us to inspire the next generation of engineering Apprentices.
With an estimated shortfall of 69,000 skilled engineers each year, we are committed to training the next generation of workers to the highest standard. Locally, in north east Derbyshire, the HS2 development will bring an increased demand for skilled engineers, alongside the national increase forecast to be brought about by Brexit.
Apprenticeships offer hands on training in the sector alongside traditional study, whilst avoiding the debt incurred by university. This makes them a very appealing option to both students and employers – Apprenticeships offer the best of both worlds. Because of this, we require knowledgeable, experienced trainers. Could this be you, or somebody you know?
