This five-day course is designed to provide delegates with the knowledge of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machine centre milling, and ensure they are at an industry-recognised standard.
The course will give delegates the skills and the knowledge to set and operate a CNC machining centre as well as the principles that are involved with the CNC milling techniques.
Aimed at those in the manufacturing and engineering industry who require an increased knowledge to safely control and operate the CNC milling machine. It is suitable for people that work with metals, wood, plastics and composite materials.
Who Should Attend:
The course is aimed at delegates who already know about manual machining and have a desire to up-skill to increase their knowledge of more technological approaches to the manufacturing process.
Delegates’ progress will be reviewed through practical exercises, however, as this is a non-accredited source, no official assessment will be carried out.
As this is a non-accredited course, no formal certification will be received by delegates.
Course attendees are required to have a basic understanding of manual machinery.
