Handling complaints is never easy; luckily, as a Customer Service Apprentice you’ll deal with the good news too, offering advice and answering questions along the way.

As a Customer Service Apprentice, you’ll need clear and up-to-date knowledge of your organisation’s products and services and be able to communicate with all sorts of people.

Duties will vary between sectors, but in most cases you’ll be making sure that customers are dealt with in a positive, reliable and pleasant way – whether that’s by offering advice, answering questions or handling complaints.

This Apprenticeship equips you with the skills needed to provide excellent customer service. It can be applied to hundreds of job roles across many different sectors including: retail, financial services, engineering, call centres, hospitality, or sport and recreation.

Qualification:

Level 2 - Intermediate
Customer Service Apprenticeship

Level 3 - Advanced
Customer Service Apprenticeship

As a Level 3 Apprentice you could be: Customer Service Supervisor, Customer Service Manager, Senior Advisor.
