Group D – Optional – Handling Problems Theme
• Recognise and deal with customer queries, requests and problems
• Resolve customer service problems
Group E – Optional – Development and Improvement Theme
• Develop customer relations
• Support customer service improvements
• Develop personal performance through delivering customer service
