Course Objectives
The CCNSG Supervising Safety Course is a one-day course
with the aim of setting the scene within the context of
legislation and general Health and Safety aspects. The CCNSG Supervising Safety Course is valid for three years from the date of training and you must hold a current Safety Passport to be
eligible to attend.

As part of the course delegates will be expected to deliver a short Toolbox Talk to their fellow delegates.

Designed For
Safety Passport holders with Supervisory responsibilities
This course is the ‘third day’ of the CCNSG programme.

• CDM Regulations
• Risk Assessments
• Exercises on “Planning for Safety”

Communicating Safety

• Toolbox Talks
• How do you achieve your standards for safety?
• Getting the message across

Could you do better – Review the process

• Controls that can reduce risks
• Create a new risk assessment

Location:
NLT Training or employers premises if suitable
